 Do you provide proofs?
Yes, we provide free proofs! We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and want you to be completely happy with your order. Please keep in mind that our processing time starts after you approve the proof.
 
 What is your return policy?
Because most of our products are personalized, we only accept returns if the product is damaged or there was an error on part of My Paper Garden. We must be notified within 3 days of receiving the product. My Paper Garden is not responsible for errors on the personalized product once the final proof is approved.
 
 What if I need to cancel my order?
You may cancel your order for a full refund on all printed products if you contact My Paper Garden at mypapergarden@live.com or 1.888.654.8831 before your proof has been generated.
 
 What if I missed an error on my proof and I need my order reprinted?
Because we offer proofs for our customer to review and approve, it is the responsibility of our customers to read the proof and make necessary changes before approving it. My Paper Garden is not responsible for errors on printed products once the proof has been approved.
 
 Can you print my guests’ addresses on the envelopes?
Yes, we can print addresses on the envelopes. Please contact our customer service department at mypapergarden@live.com or 1.888.654.8831 to discuss pricing.
 
 How long will it take to receive my order once it has been placed?
Processing times vary by product and distributor; however, most of our orders have a processing time of 1-2 weeks plus shipping time. Tracking numbers will be emailed to customers after the order has been placed. Please keep in mind that on personalized products processing time does not start until you approve the proof.
 
 Are you able to rush orders?
Yes, we offer rush order! If you need an order processed in a special timeframe, please contact our customer service department at mypapergarden@live.com or 1.888.654.8831.
 
 Do you collect sales tax?
My Paper Garden is located in Pennsylvania. We are required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped inside the state of Pennsylvania.
 
 What are your customer service hours of operation and holiday schedule?

Customer service hours:
9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday through Friday
(US Eastern Standard Time)
Closed Saturday and Sunday

Closed on the following holidays:
New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day

 
 What is your photograph policy?
By submitting a photo, you verify that you own the image or have permission from the copyright holder to reproduce the image. My Paper Garden and/or its manufacturers will not be held responsible for any photo related issue. We have the right to reject any photo for copyright or quality concerns.
 
 Can I request a sample of an invitation?
Yes, you can request a sample of an invitation by emailing us at mypapergarden@live.com or calling our customer service department at 1.888.654.8831.
 
 Do you ship outside of the United States?
Yes, My Paper Garden will ship outside the U.S.  Please contact us at mypapergarden@live.com or 1.888.654.8831 to discuss options and pricing.
 
 Will you meet customers in person for customized projects?
